Delivery & Return Policy

Delivery Information:

For Personalised Jewellery:

* We offer FREE worldwide standard delivery (7-12 working days) for all personalised jewellery.

* You may wish to upgrade to express delivery (3-5 working days) during the checkout.

* Personalised jewellery are fulfilled by our workshop partners in China.

 

For all other items:

* We offer FREE 1st class standard UK delivery for any item via Royal Mail, delivery time is usually 1-2 working days.

* We do offer an international delivery service; at cost of £10, delivery time 10-15 working days. 

 

Please note:

* We are not responsible for any delay caused by courier company or customs. The estimated delivery time is based on average delivery time for selected courier company. 

* Delivery times might be extended during holidays season.

Customs Duty:

When a package is delivered internationally ( outside UK), it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country. Depending on the country,  the buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.

 

Return & Cancellation Policy:

Here at Alep Jewellery, we strive to make every piece of personalised jewellery as precious and beautiful as the moment it commemorates.


If your item arrives damaged or incorrectly designed, please let us know immediately and we'll do our utmost to recreate it to your full satisfaction.


New, unworn items can be returned to us within 30 days of delivery.


Please note that because all our personalised items are one-of-a-kind, those returns will incur a 30% processing fee.


Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized items.
If you would like to cancel your purchase, the processing fee is 30% of the total amount of the item including any extra shipping fees.

Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request.
The account you used to purchase your items will be refunded. It may take between 3-5 working days from the day your refund was approved.

The cost of return will be borne by you and we strongly recommend you obtain a receipt of postage as proof of postage, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.


Alep Jewellery reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page.
